Breath is one of the most important aspects in our lives and yet we hardly pay any attention to it. This workshop invites you to experience how your breath is affecting your body and mind and intends to provide hands-on tools you can implement in your daily life to improve your breathing patterns and hence you physical and emotional well-being. After the workshop we will have a delicious vegan lunch
